The nature and scope of the WFSA is to address the needs of freestyle skateboarders as both artists and individuals
within the global community.
Current Goals
- WFSA sanctions contests as an insurance that the events meets global community standards.
- The WFSA guarantees that there will be a World Championship every year and finds a host if no one has offered to be the host.
- The WFSA maintains a handbook that is randomly updated with input from the general community as need arises.
- The WFSA promotes the growth of freestyle and the development of organizations that will represent freestylers in each country.
